What we bring

The tools and support of a big group, without the bureaucracy.

Happy House is neither a middleman nor a decorative label. It's a partner network that concretely invests in the success of every host, through four inseparable action pillars.

Dedicated relationship

Sales support

A Happy House contact is assigned to you. Not a call centre. Not a support ticket. One person who knows your establishment and helps you reach your seasonal goals.

  • A dedicated sales contact
  • Annual pricing strategy audit
  • Shared traveller acquisition campaigns
  • Retention of existing customers
  • Monthly reporting on your activity

Local ecosystem

Local partnerships

Your travellers look for an experience, not just a bed. We pool a network of craftspeople, producers and partner providers around every territory where we operate.

  • Local producers address book
  • Craftspeople connections (renovation, maintenance, gardening)
  • Shared experience offers (activities, tables d'hôtes)
  • Cross-host events on your territory

Frequently asked questions

The questions we get
most often.

How much does a Happy House membership cost?

Happy House works on a monthly subscription model. Exact conditions are presented during the sales meeting: they depend on your establishment's size and your activity pace. No hidden fees, no commission on your direct bookings.

Does Happy Link replace my current channel manager?

Happy Link covers the core of an independent PMS: quotes, calendar, customers, notifications. OTA integration (Airbnb, Booking, Gîtes de France…) is on our roadmap and will be activated progressively. If you already use a channel manager, we work in complement.

I am already labelled (Clef Verte, Ecolabel, Gîtes de France), is this redundant?

No. The Happy House label is complementary and focuses on the network's commercial + ethical demands. Your existing label is a plus during the audit, not an obstacle.

How long does the onboarding process take?

From first contact to effective integration, count on average 6 to 10 weeks. The on-site visit is the longest to schedule. Once validated, your Happy Link onboarding takes 2 to 3 days.

Can I leave the network if it doesn't fit me?

Yes. We prefer a host to leave rather than stay constrained. A 3-month notice, no penalty. We run an exit interview to understand what we could have done.
