Facing the large platforms that eat away at margins and standardise the experience, Happy House defends a different hospitality: local, ethical, free. Here is our story, our convictions and how we work with the hosts who join us.

Our story

Born from a simple observation :
no one really helps independent hosts.

Happy House was founded in Toulouse by tourism and tech professionals who shared the same frustration: seeing talented hosts, attached to their territory, crushed by platform commissions and the standardised requirements of international OTAs.

We decided to build what was missing: a French network, demanding on eco-responsible standards, attentive to its hosts' margins, offering the tools of the big groups to those who make hospitality a human affair.

Today, Happy House keeps growing, host after host. Every new integration is a collective decision. We do not seek to grow bigger at all costs, we seek to stay consistent.

How we work together

From first contact to integration: 4 steps.

No endless form, no pre-drafted contract signature. We take the time to know each other before saying yes.

  1. First contact

    You book a meeting on this site. A member of the sales team calls you back within 48 hours to understand your project.

  2. Free on-site audit

    We visit your establishment. It's also an opportunity for you to assess whether Happy House fits you.

  3. Collective validation

    Your application is reviewed by the Happy House team. We discuss potential areas of improvement before integration.

  4. Network onboarding

    You join the network: Happy Link platform training, connections with other hosts, sales support activated.
